Additionally, we ranked as one of the Best Companies for Female Talent by EFY.   Purpose: A Product Manager IV plays a pivotal role within a company, acting as the strategic linchpin between the market's needs and the organization's objectives. This individual is tasked with overseeing the entire lifecycle of a product, from conceptualization and development through to launch and beyond. They harness a deep understanding of customer demands, market trends, and competitive landscapes to guide the creation of products that not only fulfill market gaps but also drive the company's growth and profitability. With a blend of technical knowledge, business acumen, and leadership skills, the Product Manager IV collaborates closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support—to ensure product goals are met and aligned with the broader organizational strategy. This role requires a proactive, visionary approach, as it involves setting product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and making critical decisions that impact the product's success and the company's direction. Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, understand customer needs, and monitor competitor activity.
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear vision for the product, outlining the strategic direction and objectives to meet business goals.
  • Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on strategic fit, customer value, and market demand.
  • Feature Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to define product features and specifications, ensuring they align with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Project Management: Oversee the product development process, managing timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor product performance against key metrics and goals, making data-driven decisions to iterate and improve.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and users to gather feedback, understand their experiences, and identify opportunities for product enhancement.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on product progress, decisions, and strategic shifts.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the product team.
Position Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of product management experience defining end-to-end consumer products; a seasoned professional who is able to solve most issues and problems and drive company objectives and achieve goals.
  • Ability to work in a startup or fast-paced development environment.
  • Experience with web/mobile development technologies.
  • Technical knowledge to define complex solutions and translate them into products that consumers love.
  • Solid financial products background is an advantage.
  • Solid analytical skills for business modeling and reporting.
  • English: professional proficiency.
  • Spanish: professional proficiency preferred, but not required.
