We are a small loan company based in Texas. The company was started in July of 1994 and has grown to 6 locations in Texas. In addition to offering unsecured, personal loans, the company also does Income Tax services. We are seeing an organized, detail-oriented, office Administrator with payroll/bookkeeping experience who wants to work with a small business long term. Position Summary: Responsible for administrative support to the team, ensuring compliance of policies and procedures, payroll, and QuickBooks. Duties and responsibilities

  • Preparing reports and correspondence
  • Informing office staff of deadlines, trainings, and corrections where needed
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are compliant with policies and procedures
  • Accounts payable; processing and tracking expenses
  • Reconcile monthly bank statement
  • Process payroll accurately and timely
  • Collection and review of employee punch correction forms and timesheets
  • Office admins may also be responsible for maintaining office supplies and equipment, handling confidential documents and sensitive information, and performing other miscellaneous tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Qualifications: Minimum 2 year office management with payroll or bookkeeping experience Strong organization, ability to manage multiple priorities while making deadlines Experience with office applications and equipment such as Microsoft Edge, QuickBooks, copy machines, email accounts, multiple phone lines Ability to follow, maintain and update office policies and procedures Successful in fast pace, multi-priority office environment Desire to work long term with our small business Skills Exceptional customer service Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to work with minimal supervision Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented Problem solving Computer and online portal experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 45 per week Benefits:
