About the position The Associate Studio Photo Producer at YETI is responsible for leading the in-studio product photography production processes. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment. The individual will manage all aspects of studio photography, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality visual assets.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the organization and management of all studio photography, from product roadmap alignment, shot list development, shoot & retouching scheduling, to final delivery of assets.

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment in shot list and final image output.

,

  • Maintain holistic viewpoint of all incoming requests to maximize efficiency of timelines & shoot days.

  • Collaborate and communicate effectively across marketing, merchandising, product, creative, retail, and wholesale teams.

,

  • Execute on delivery timelines and schedules in coordination with project management teams and in collaboration with internal photographer and retoucher.

  • Oversee studio space & photo equipment.

  • Manage photo sample inventory and timelines in collaboration with product team.

,

  • Collaborate with external vendors or freelancers on projects that fall outside of internal capabilities when necessary.

  • Recognize process gaps & bring innovative solutions to the table.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required

,

  • 3+ years' experience producing in-studio product photography at a brand, production co or agency

,

  • Very detail oriented and organized

,

  • Self-starter and multi-tasker who can handle multiple workstreams & tight timelines

,

  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to partner with stakeholders across the business

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the outdoors and/or with outdoor brands

,

  • Some experience with outdoor lifestyle photography
