We're looking for a motivated professional who can quickly learn new tools, maintain high accuracy, and contribute to streamlining operations. What You'll Do: ✅ Accurately enter and manage data across multiple platforms. ✅ Navigate various software tools, websites, and databases with ease. ✅ Copy, paste, and organize information efficiently while ensuring consistency. ✅ Pull reports, extract relevant data, and generate structured outputs. ✅ Use ChatGPT to automate tasks and structure data workflows. ✅ Create PDF documents from structured data using provided templates. ✅ Learn and adapt quickly to new workflows by following Loom video instructions. What You Bring: ✅ Fast and precise data entry skills with strong attention to detail. ✅ Tech-savvy – comfortable logging into and working with various software platforms. ✅ Experience with ChatGPT and writing structured prompts. ✅ Basic proficiency in Excel, including formulas and automation. ✅ Ability to quickly learn new tools and follow step-by-step instructions. ✅ Strong organizational and multitasking skills. ✅ Some accounting experience is a plus, but speed and accuracy are the top priorities. What We're Looking For: ✔ A detail-oriented problem solver with excellent accuracy. ✔ Someone who learns new tools and systems quickly. ✔ A proactive professional who can work independently and efficiently. ✔ Comfortable using Slack for communication. ✔ Willingness to work with QuickBooks and NetSuite (preferred but not required). What We Offer: Salary: $800 - $1200 per month
