About the position As a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, you will lead store operations during your shift, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and guiding a team of baristas. Requirements • 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment. , • Six months of experience in a position requiring constant customer interaction. , • Six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees. , • Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality. , • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. , • Effective oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
