Lead Analyst Location: Fort Worth or Las Colinas (In Office) Serenity Healthcare is hiring a Team Lead for our analytics department. Strong candidate will be a seasoned data worker. Pay and title will reflect prior experience. Flexibility with hours, occasional WFH, and PTO is part of our team’s culture, for employees in good standing with their responsibilities. The Role: As the team lead, you’ll be expected to project manage / problem solve large assignments from start to finish with little need for assistance from technical manager. You’ll help project manage and debug the work of junior analysts – as well as informal training / demonstration of techniques. Your first objective will be to learn the business’s data and analytics footprint, which—as an experienced analyst you’ll know—is no small task. The Team: The data team is currently made up of an analyst, a data engineer, a business intelligence developer, a data scientist, and a manager. However, each of us has overlapping responsibilities and skills. We are also hiring Junior / entry-level analysts. Experience Required: • At least 7 years as a data worker. Demonstrated expertise in the full Data Analytics Lifecycle: • Business Issue Understanding • Data Exploration • Data Cleaning / Transformation (ETL) • Data enhancement / Shaping the data for the analysis • Data Analysis • Visualization / Reporting Overlapping exposure to our tools, is a plus: • JIRA • SQL SERVER • SSIS / Power Automate • SQL Stored Procedures (Required) • Fluency in SQL (Python a plus, but not required) • PowerBI / PowerApps • Some Git A strong candidate will have contributed to building out a data warehouse: • ETL • Data enrichment • Building useful analytical tables • Automating downstream analysis for reporting. Expertise with DataOps (or DevOps pertaining to an analytics team), is a major plus: • Version Control • Making our jobs anti-fragile • Reducing runtime across jobs • Reducing friction between priorities, development, and targeted reporting vision • Prior experience in healthcare is a plus (however, clinical research is not relevant) About: Serenity is a leader in the field of healthcare technology.
