Accounting Trainee
Description Jetzy is seeking a highly motivated and organized Accounting trainee. The Accounting trainee will be responsible for assisting Management with daily accounting functions including but not limited to recording expenses, ad-hoc financial reports, generating financial reports, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank statement reconciliation, data entry, and other tasks/duties as assigned. Responsibilities ? Record all revenues & expenses in the accounting software ? Keep record of employees and contractors in the system ? Prepare and run financial reports ? Develop models & reports and monitor all aspects of the business accounts ? Capture requirements from leadership to define business metrics defining product strategy, business optimization, and issue resolution ? Support the preparation and submission of IRS returns for both the company and management staff ? Assist with monitoring accounting procedures to ensure compliance with regulations Requirements ? Some accounting experience is preferred ? Knowledge of accounting regulations and practices ? Proficient in the Microsoft Suite (especially Excel), Google Suite, and finance software ? An analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude ? Excellent communication skills ? Attention to detail ? Organizational skills ? Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and act with a sense of urgency Apply Job!
