Key Requirements and Technology Experience: ? Key Skills:AEM 6.5, Java Development, CMS Platform . ? Minimum 6 years of backend software engineering experience. ? Strong expertise in Java backend development. ? Hands-on experience with AEM 6.5, including architecture, component development, and debugging. ? Ability to work independently, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize performance. ? Strong communication skills to interact with engineers, PMs, and other stakeholders. ? Experience working in Agile development environments. ? Develop and maintain backend services for the existing AEM CMS. ? Debug and triage issues within the CMS platform. ? Ensure system stability while the new CMS is being built. ? Optimize and fine-tune platform performance. ? Work independently to resolve issues and contribute to feature development. ? Participate in team discussions and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. ? Manage dependencies and update outdated components as needed. ? Support deployment processes, as there is no separate DevOps or platform team.
