Help passengers start their journey positively as a Customer Service Agent, leaving you feeling fulfilled at the end of each shift. ? Utilize reservation and ticketing software to efficiently manage itineraries and issue boarding passes while providing excellent customer interactions. ? Stay active while working outside in various weather conditions, lifting luggage and freight, and achieving on-time departures and arrivals. ? Explore the tarmac in our company vehicles while getting bags to their destination, offering a unique perspective on airport operations. ? No two days are the same in this role, with varying shifts and schedules that may include irregular hours, weekends, and holidays, providing endless opportunities for growth. Requirements: ? Must be able to lift, bend, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds. ? Hold a valid driver's license (some restrictions may apply). ? Be at least 18 years old. ? High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent required. ? Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. ? Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
