Strategy Development:Develop a robust sales and marketing strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives. ? Sales Execution: Lead the sales effort by setting aggressive targets and developing plans to achieve them. ? Drive business development initiatives to generate new leads, close deals and expand our customer base. ? Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders ? Team Building: Recruit, train and mentor a high performing sales and marketing team. ? Implement effective sales processes and best practices to ensure the team's success ? Marketing Leadership: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. ? Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with product offerings and capabilities ? Performance Management: Establish KPIs to measure and report on the effectiveness of the sales and marketing initiatives. ? Provide regular updates to the executive team on progress toward growth objectives Requirements: ? Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably within the technology sector. ? Demonstrated ability to drive significant revenue growth and achieve aggressive sales targets ? Proficiency Experience building and managing high-performing sales and marketing teams ?
