Renesas Palm Bay Operations team is looking for an Entry level Assembly Technician. In this position, the successful candidate will perform specific back-end semiconductor manufacturing functions in the production of semiconductor devices. Operates various equipment in performing functions such as wafer scribe and break, die sort, die attach, lead bonding and seal, test, or mark and pack. Reads, collects and records data. Must be comfortable using a microscope to inspect circuit boards. Candidate will be required to work in a clean room environment, including wearing clean room garments. Candidates with previous manufacturing experience that required multi-tasking is a plus. 1st shift hours are Mon - Fri, 6:00am - 2:30pm Minimum Requirements: ? High School Diploma or equivalent ?
