Description The Field Data Analyst is primarily responsible to identify, implement, and provide training for technology-focused solutions that yield efficient flow of information and work process in the field and throughout Brubacher companies. The specialist may travel to active job locations of Brubacher and related companies to validate data and provide onsite support. The Field Data Analyst will utilize their ability to think analytically and critically to dissect complex data sets, identify patterns, and derive insights that can drive business decisions. This involves the ability to question assumptions, validate data, and interpret results critically, ensuring accuracy and relevance to their findings. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. ? Works with company departments to ensure informational accuracy and integrity standards are met. ? Regularly engage with business units to find ways to improve business process through data standardization, automation, artificial intelligence, and reporting. ? Generate clean, accurate, and relevant reports and visualizations to aid in decision making. ? Utilize the company?s data in combination with Business Intelligence and AI to develop statistical analysis and predictive modeling. ? Knowledge of and experience using statistics for analyzing data sets ? Work with hardware/software for company ERP system, field reporting software, and vehicle telematics. ? Perform hardware and software troubleshooting, installation, and general support. ? Conduct field training for technology with current and incoming employees. ? Assist with technology updates and implementation within the field. ? Diagnose and solve minor hardware and software issues onsite in a timely manner. ? Responsible for setting up technology in mobile field offices. ? Cover for IT Director when they are off/unavailable. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: ? BS in Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or equivalent data analytics experience in a medium to large business environment. ? Requires 1-3 years of relevant experience in an IT capacity. ? Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred. Apply Job!
