Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. ? Fabricate trailer frames, components, and structures using welding equipment. ? Perform repairs on damaged or worn trailer parts to ensure structural integrity. ? Welding Operations: ? Set up and operate various welding machines (MIG, TIG, Stick) according to job requirements. ? Conduct cutting, grinding, and finishing tasks as necessary. ? Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. ? Maintenance & Safety: ? Maintain and repair welding equipment to ensure optimal operation. ? Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). ? Keep a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents. ? Collaboration & Communication: ? Work closely with the fabrication team and project managers to meet production deadlines. ?
