Crew Members are responsible for greeting customers when they enter and exit the restaurant, providing world-class customer service and executing fast and accurate sandwiches while maintaining sanitation standards. The Person in Charge helps to oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager, Assistant Manager, Shift Leader. The Person in Charge (PIC) plays a role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently. Person In Charge you must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. As an Person In Charge, your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive.
