Salesforce Developer/Software Engineer - Einstein AI, Service Cloud

Lead system architecture design and discovery sessions. ? Customize Salesforce solutions with a focus on Einstein AI (Copilot, Prompt Builder, Case Classification, etc.) and Service Cloud integrations. ? Conduct discovery sessions, define business requirements, write user stories, and provide detailed system and functional designs. ? Detail business processes and create wireframes using process flow diagram tools, UML, and sequence diagrams. ? Present technical concepts clearly to various stakeholders. Qualifications: ? 7+ years of experience in enterprise-level projects using agile methodologies. ? Extensive experience with Salesforce platform configuration and customization. ? Expertise in Einstein AI and integration in Salesforce Service Cloud. ? Authority-level experience in defining system architecture landscapes and delivering comprehensive solutions. ? Hands-on experience with key Einstein tools, including Agent Studio, Prompt Builder, and AI GenAI & Predictive features. ? Knowledge of structured/unstructured data and Experience Cloud (MIAW, Omni-Channel setup). ? Strong presentation and communication skills. ? Ability to rapidly learn and apply new technologies.
