We’re Hiring Remote Call Center Agents – Part-Time & Full-Time (20–40 hrs/week) Great communicator? Good with computers? You might be perfect for this role! Consolidated Call Center Services (CCCS) is looking for friendly, reliable people to join our remote team! We provide reception and 24-hour emergency support for all kinds of businesses - medical offices, HVAC companies, crisis lines, property managers, and more. The variety keeps the job interesting! You’re a Great Fit If You: • Are a strong, clear communicator • Can follow instructions and stay focused working from home • Have great attention to detail and solid writing skills • Can work with all kinds of people while maintaining a calm, friendly, professional persona - every caller is different! • Take attendance seriously - we need people we can count on • Able to adhere to strict confidentiality and privacy laws • Previous answering service, call center, or secretarial/receptionist experience is preferred but not required Position Details • Hiring for the following shifts: 7am-11am, 930am-6pm, 2pm-6pm, 230pm-11pm, 5pm-11pm, 11pm-7am CENTRAL TIME • Weekends & Holidays Required • 20 - 40 hours per week according to your desired commitment • Ability to trade, pick up, give away shifts • W2 employee: Illinois, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Texas, and Ohio • 1099 contractor: All other states What You’ll Do You’ll work independently from home, answering a variety of incoming calls and document information according to detailed, scripted instructions. Every call is different - no two shifts are the same! Technology Skills • Comfortable using Windows-based PCs • Confident using web browsers and navigating websites, moving between applications • Able to troubleshoot basic tech issues independently • Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, etc.) is a plus, but not required • RDP and VPN experience is a bonus, but not required Technology & Workspace Requirements Because we handle sensitive and confidential calls, you must work in a private, distraction-free home office that meets the following criteria: • A room with a closing door (no shared spaces) • No children, pets, or other adults may be in the room while you are working • Windows 10 or 11 PC with at least 8GB RAM • Hardwired Ethernet connection (no WiFi) • Minimum internet speed: 50 Mbps download / 25 Mbps upload • Wired 104-key keyboard and wired mouse • USB-wired headset • Webcam (for training and team meetings) • Two monitors recommended Apply now and start working from the comfort of your own space!
