Amentum is seeking a Service Center Bilingual Representative for facilities/production maintenance calls. Responsibilities: Input facilities requests into a Work Order Management System via phone calls or email; maintain and update records, reports; and perform other administrative duties as assigned Minimum Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent training/experience. • Must provide strong/reliable internet connection with the ability to plug into the modem/router • At least 6 months of experience in the Amentum Service Center as an Associate Customer Service Representative. • Has maintained Service Goals that include schedule adherence, monitoring that meets the minimum requirement of 90% or higher, good working knowledge of our systems, basic understanding of call procedures. • Excellent written and verbal communications skills • Ability to multi-task and manage time well. • Good listening skills and understanding of phone etiquette.
