The Role: • Local Assignments: Cleanings scheduled in your area • Perform residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. • Launder linens and other household items as needed. • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or requests promptly. • Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within the scheduled timeframe. • Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good condition, reporting any needs for replenishment or repair. • Must possess a vehicle for commuting Experience • Previous experience in residential cleaning is required. • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail. • Being tech-savvy and proficient with phone applications is essential for this role. • Ability to communicate effectively in English. • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques for effective cleaning are essential for success in this role.
