Description As a Call Center Specialist at Concentrix, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your main duty will be to provide excellent customer service by offering support, resolving issues, and answering inquiries. This role requires a friendly attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to handle high volume of calls
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Follow up on customer calls when necessary
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and work to establish a positive rapport

Educational Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Further education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus

Experience

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred but not required
  • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
