Senior Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails)

We are a software development company. We have primarily worked with enterprises and startups who often wants to build a product from scratch. Our mission is to build software with solid foundations, addressing the primary concerns of startup founders when working with agencies. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team and play a key role in building software with solid engineering foundations. You will be involved in all stages of the development process, from identifying business entities and defining their behaviors, to implementing clean and maintainable code using object-oriented programming principles. Responsibilities:

  • Before writing code, understand why we are building, what are we building and for whom we are building.
  • Write excellent code with sufficient automated code coverage. We like beautiful and performant code.
  • Push your changes to production and proactively monitor product to ensure value is delivered.
  • Help your peers by reviewing their PRs and design documents.
  • Help the company by recruiting amazing team members, like yourself.

About you:

  • You have shipped products to production using Ruby on Rails and JavaScript.
  • You use object-oriented principles to model the solutions.
  • You understand the importance of writing automated test coverage and don't ship code without them.
  • You understand technology is means to end and find engineering solutions to problems.
  • You are good at communication and bring clarity to communication.
  • B.Tech in CS/EE/ECE is a plus.
