We are hiring Full-Time bilingual positions in our Broker Services Department with an hourly base rate of $20hr + Benefits + Paid Training + Overtime available + WORK REMOTELY

Responsibilities
- Must be fluent in both English and Korean
- Meet performance expectations, including call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence
- Attend team meetings and training sessions
- Maintain regular communication with supervisors and peers
- Use active listening and provided tools to determine the best outcome for each call
- Handle primarily inbound calls. Primary Skills & Requirements:
- Customer Service experience preferred
- Self-motivated, outcome-driven, and teachable
- Ability to type 35+ WPM
- Work-from-home capability, by providing your own equipment (Desktop/Laptop, Second Monitor, high-speed internet (Internet upload speeds of 20Mbps)
- Ability to navigate multiple systems
- Proficiency with computers and web-based systems
- Must be willing to complete a background check.
