I'm new to the short-term rental business and looking for an experienced Airbnb cohost or property manager to help me get up to speed.

What I’m Looking For:

I need someone who can:

Walk me through the systems and tools they use for Airbnb cohosting (e.g., messaging automation, cleaning scheduling, dynamic pricing, guest communication, etc.)

Show me their workflow/processes from guest booking to checkout

Share tips or best practices for managing listings successfully

Potentially collaborate long-term as a cohost on one or more of my upcoming listings

Ideal Candidate:

1+ year experience cohosting or managing short-term rentals

Has active Airbnb listings they currently manage

Familiar with tools like Hospitable, Guesty, Smartbnb, Pricelabs, Turno, or similar

Strong communicator and willing to educate a beginner

Open to possible future collaboration/partnership

Deliverables:

1–2 live Zoom calls/screenshares to walk through your systems and answer questions

Recommendations for tech stack, automations, and best practices

Open discussion about possible future cohosting on my properties
