In Short  Review and document compliance with training and assessments.  Conduct background checks and employee eligibility verifications.  Organize employee onboarding and training initiatives.  Support employees with HR-related topics.  Analyze HR data and develop reports.  Implement new hire orientation and recognition programs.  Administer human resource programs.  Train managers on performance reviews and promotions.  Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.  Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
