Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Business Development professional to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in business development and sales. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and acquiring staffing, and recruitment contracts. Responsibilities • Responsible for acquiring staffing & recruitment contracts which includes identifying and generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, negotiating, closing deals, and driving revenue growth. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. • At least 1 year of sales, business development, account management experience, or similar role. • Positive and professional demeanor, negotiation tactics, strategic planning, impeccable communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills. • Working for a start up company experience is a plus Job Type: Contract Pay: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Schedule: • Choose your own hours Supplemental Pay: • Commission pay Education: • High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: • Cold calling: 1 year (Required) • Lead generation: 1 year (Required) • B2B sales: 1 year (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
