We are looking for a highly creative and proactive Social Media Content Specialist to manage and grow multiple TikTok accounts focused on music and fan-based content. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of TikTok trends, algorithm behavior, and fan engagement strategies, and will be able to manage a high volume of content across multiple pages.
Requirements
- Proven experience growing and managing multiple TikTok accounts
- Strong grasp of TikTok trends, algorithm behavior, and fan engagement strategies
- Video editing skills (especially for short-form vertical video content)
- Passion for music, pop culture, and online fan communities
- Highly organized and self-driven with the ability to manage a high volume of content across multiple pages
- Ability to identify and creatively repurpose content that fits the brand’s aesthetic and musical identity
