The Opportunity

We are looking for an entrepreneurial engineer to join us as a foundational member of our team. As our first technical hire, you will do more than just build automations; you will build our firm's technical foundation from the ground up.

The strategic vision for this role is to keep SMEVentures on the cutting edge of AI and automation, enabling our small, agile team to scale our operations, support our entrepreneurs, and achieve an impact that far outweighs our size. Responsibilities

• Architect our Core Platform: You will design, build, and own our core automation and data platform, turning complex business challenges into simple, effective, and scalable solutions.
• Translate Ideas into Impact: Own the entire lifecycle of new automation projects, translating ambiguous business needs into fully built, deployed, and impactful solutions.
• Ensure System Reliability and Trust: Act as the guardian of our production environment, ensuring our automated systems are highly reliable and trusted through proactive monitoring and rapid troubleshooting.
• Drive Operational Leverage: You will continuously identify and prioritize the biggest opportunities across our business where technology can 10x our efficiency and impact.
• Be Our AI & Automation Expert: You will stay on the cutting edge of new technologies, acting as our in-house expert to evaluate and implement new tools that give our team a competitive advantage.

Requirements
