Job Summary

As a Tech Lead, you will spearhead a talented engineering team focused on developing scalable, high-quality software solutions. You will combine hands-on coding expertise with strong leadership skills to guide projects from design through deployment, driving innovation and ensuring best engineering practices across the board.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused environment.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliverables.

• Architect, design, and develop scalable software solutions aligned with business goals.

• Review code and ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, automation, and testing.

• Monitor team performance and help unblock technical challenges.

• Participate in hiring and onboarding new engineering talent.

• Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a software engineer with progressive leadership or team lead responsibilities.

• Experience building SaaS applications.

• Strong proficiency in Go.

• Willingness to learn Node.js.

• Experience with relational databases (preferably MySQL).

• Experience with NoSQL databases (preferably Elastic).

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent.
