About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, creative, and execution-obsessed Events Manager to join our growing marketing team. Reporting into the Manager, Demand Generation, you’ll own our events function end-to-end—from third-party conferences to high-impact webinars to Causaly-hosted experiences. You’ll play a key role in creating moments that drive awareness, deepen relationships, and accelerate the pipeline.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for someone who knows how to design standout experiences, manage logistics down to the last detail, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Content Marketing, and Product Marketing to drive real business impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Causaly’s event strategy across conferences, trade shows, executive dinners, webinars, and our flagship industry event “Causaly Connect”.

  • Partner closely with sales and marketing to identify event opportunities that align with pipeline and revenue goals.

  • Manage all event logistics from start to finish, including vendor selection, booth design, A/V, travel coordination, shipping, swag, and lead capture systems.

  • Build pre-event and post-event workflows in collaboration with the marketing team to ensure follow-up, ROI tracking, and measurement.

  • Own the event calendar and budget, and deliver seamless project management across multiple events in-flight at once.

  • Be on-site when needed to lead events and ensure every detail is executed with excellence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in event marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.

  • Proven success managing third-party events, webinars, and hosted field experiences that generate pipeline and elevate brand.

  • Strong project management skills—you can juggle multiple workstreams without breaking a sweat.

  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence—you’re just as comfortable managing vendors as you are prepping speakers.

  • Deep empathy for customers and a passion for creating memorable, high-value experiences.
