We are looking for someone to run, optimize, and improve our AI platform, with the north-star metric being day 30 retention. You will be directly responsible for tasks which lead to a 50% improvement to our platform-wide retention. You will also be free to come up with other creative ways that we can monetize.

Who we are looking for

- Someone with an established track-record of delivering results which matter to the company

- Someone who has a deep understanding of the ML development cycle, focusing on iteration speed and identifying bottlenecks

- Someone who is goal oriented and driven. You must be comfortable being given a goal and doing whatever is necessary to achieve the goal

- Profficient in Python, Tensorflow or PyTorch
