Senior Compensation Advisor

We are looking for a Senior Compensation Advisor to join our team. The responsibilities include executing all activities related to the compensation structure and social benefits programs of the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration with a concentration in HR or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in compensation, social benefits, and/or general HR
  • Profilic in SIRH (UKG an asset) and Office suite
  • Fluency in French and English (oral and written)

  • Participating in the configuration and launch of new modules or integration with our different social benefits providers in the SIRH
  • Developing and optimizing performance indicators reports from the SIRH
  • Participating in the renewal of annual collective insurance
  • Designing, optimizing, and launching new initiatives related to our different social benefits and collective insurance regimes
  • Contributing to the well-being of employees by ensuring liaison with our collective insurance, telemedicine, and retirement savings plan providers for questions related to these regimes
  • Managing the email box related to social benefits
