Cold Caller / Appointment Setter - Investment Firm

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Cold Caller/Appointment Setter to join our client's growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and setting appointments for their sales representatives by reaching out to potential clients via phone and other communication channels. You will play a crucial role in building their sales pipeline and driving revenue growth. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle objections professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to businesses to introduce our digital screen advertising solutions.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients based on their needs and suitability.
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and appointments in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Follow up with leads who have expressed interest but haven't yet scheduled an appointment.
  • Utilize our auto-dialer and other sales tools effectively to maximize efficiency.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment setting targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Handle objections and inquiries professionally and persuasively.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing. Experience in advertising or media sales is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with potential clients quickly.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for lead management and tracking.
  • Experience with auto-dialers and other sales automation tools.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejection with resilience and professionalism.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.

  • Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will go directly to you.
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the client's discretion. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $900 - $1000 Schedule: CST
