A day in the life: The Paid Media Strategist is responsible for owning the execution, performance, and growth of their cross-channel marketing services within their book of business. They service the most complex, enterprise-level accounts, and are highly regarded for their mastery over Paid Media advertising within the B2B marketing space. The Senior Strategist is exceptional at working under pressure and navigating probing client questions, difficult conversations, roadblocks, and account issues. On top of their Paid Media knowledge, the Senior Strategist has an understanding of a variety of B2B GTM strategies, cross-channel strategy, and how their services impact the broader media mix. They are oriented towards the clients’ business success, tying their efforts to the greater business goals, and are able to communicate effectively with Executives. Working in lockstep with our Client Services team, hey are responsible for owning strategy, reporting, optimizations, client communication, and execution of all aspects of campaign creation and management, sometimes with the support of a Specialist. The Senior Strategist is excellent at providing insights and forward thinking strategy to clients on an ongoing basis, and has a strong understanding of their services’ strategic nuances and the levers to pull to drive performance Responsibilities:

  • Manage paid search campaigns for Enterprise level clients, including daily optimizations and high-level strategy changes
  • Provide intelligent analysis, insights, interpretation, and action plans based on both campaign performance data and data from client-specific source of truth KPIs (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) to successfully tie performance to business impact
  • Participate and engage in weekly department scrums and training sessions to further channel knowledge
  • Continuously seek to improve campaign performance against client goals
  • Maintain frequent and excellent communication both on internal agency teams and externally with assigned clients
  • Seek to utilize available AI and outsource resources to assist in workflow wherever possible
  • Participate in the development process for new department training materials
  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
  • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of digital marketing experience. 2+ years in agency setting
  • Experience in ABM-specific DSPs and supporting platforms, such as Demandbase, 6Sense, Terminus, etc.
  • Deep understanding of intent data from multiple platforms & how to integrate into overarching channel strategies
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Paid Media Channels
  • Specifically having experience with campaign development and optimization processes such as bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development on large, enterprise-level accounts
  • Experience with complex client org structures (multi-brand, multi-product, long sales cycle) within B2B ecommerce, hybrid, and sales-led organizations
  • Significant campaign management experience in each of the following additional campaign types:
  • LinkedIn
  • Performance Max
  • Bing Ads
  • ABM DSPs: Demandbase, 6Sense, Terminus, etc.
  • Additional significant campaign management experience in at least 3 of the following additional campaign types:
  • YouTube Ads
  • Meta
  • Display Advertising
  • Local campaigns
  • Content Syndication
  • Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s)
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics
  • Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid media’s place in the marketing funnel
  • Strong ability to formulate meaningful insights from marketing data, going beyond the stat and telling the story

  • $13.5k team-member EBITDA
  • Maintain below 10% Client Churn Rate
  • 4-6 Accounts (complex/large accounts in the top 100 of the agency)
