To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 12 months of telesales experience, gained within the last 3 years
• A proven track record of working towards specific sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Your working hours will be:

• Monday to Thursday: 10:30am - 7:00pm
• Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
• No weekends!

As a Customer Sales Advisor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Outbound calls to existing and lapsed customers to upsell insurance products
• Providing peace of mind by finding the right solutions for every customer
• Building rapport with customers, understanding their individual needs, and putting their interests first
