We're seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our team in Broomfield, CO, where you'll work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and counseling programs. As a Behavior Technician, you'll have the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients, collect data, and contribute to the development of individualized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents on the autism spectrum
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
- Implement behavior support and treatment plans under the guidance of a BCBA
- Collaborate with clients, families, and supervisors to achieve treatment goals
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate morning, afternoon, and evening shifts

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-year experience working with children in a 1:1 setting, or equivalent experience in a related field
- Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Personal means of transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs and perform activities that require fine and gross motor skills
