We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Analyst to join our American Express Data Entry team. As a key member of our Customer Achievement Network (CFN) crew, you will deliver exceptional back-end customer care services to card members, providing solutions on credit balance refunds, reconciliation, and remediation, protection, and club rewards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process card member account renovations, inquiries, and requests for credit balance refunds, Express Cash, reconciliation, and remediation, and membership rewards for the US market.
  • Handle customer requests for consumer customers within special timeframes, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of credit balance refund requests, analyzing available information to prevent losses to the enterprise.
  • Provide meaningful expertise and ongoing support to operations and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective issue resolution.
  • Respond to all customer queries in a timely and complete manner, maintaining a customer-first ethos and adhering to quality and compliance guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bank-end operations.
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service skills, with superior written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and work well under pressure, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with excellent presentation skills.
  • Experience with systems such as Triumph, CLIC, GSP, IVU, Monocle, and Green Monitors is an asset.
