Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define, own, and continuously refine the arenaflex Customer Data Platform strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise‑wide goals and market trends.
  • Partner with senior leadership to translate business objectives into data‑centric roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives that drive revenue, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, timelines, resource forecasts, and risk registers for all CDP‑related projects.

Program Execution & Delivery

  • Lead cross‑functional teams through the full project lifecycle—from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation, testing, and post‑launch optimization.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (marketing, loyalty, e‑commerce, IT, analytics) and external partners to define data governance policies, security standards, and success metrics.
  • Monitor project health, proactively identify blockers, and implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on schedule and within budget.

Technical Oversight

  • Provide deep technical guidance on the arenaflex Experience Platform (AEP), data ingestion pipelines, identity resolution, and real‑time activation layers.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry best practices, and regulatory changes (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) to continuously evolve the CDP architecture.
  • Troubleshoot complex platform issues, lead root‑cause analyses, and drive rapid resolution in collaboration with engineering and operations teams.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Establish clear communication channels across all functional groups, ensuring transparency of project status, decisions, and outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and executive briefings to align stakeholders on vision, progress, and next steps.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for CDP initiatives, track results, and report on ROI to senior leadership.
  • Implement feedback loops to capture lessons learned, refine processes, and enhance future program delivery.
  • Champion a data‑driven mindset across arenaflex, encouraging teams to leverage insights for strategic decision making.

Minimum Qualifications (What You Need to Succeed)

  • Proven experience in program or project management, preferably within customer data platforms, data engineering, or digital marketing environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships across diverse functional teams.
  • Exceptional problem‑solving capabilities, able to diagnose both tactical and systemic challenges and devise effective solutions.
  • Track record of leading teams to successful outcomes, delivering projects on time, within scope, and with high quality.
  • Technical fluency in data management concepts, including data modeling, ETL processes, identity resolution, and real‑time activation.
  • Experience working in fast‑paced digital, e‑commerce, marketing, or loyalty program settings.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications (Competitive Edge)

  • Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or data governance.
  • Hands‑on experience with the arenaflex Experience Platform or comparable customer data platforms.
  • Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies and the technical challenges of cross‑channel data activation.
  • Familiarity with enterprise project management tools such as arenaflex Workfront, arenaflex JIRA, or similar.
  • Prior experience in a large, matrixed organization or Fortune‑500 company.
