  • Process policy change requests promptly, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with state regulations.
  • Secure trailing documents from customers, maintaining a meticulous record‑keeping system that supports audit readiness.
  • Handle inbound claim calls, provide empathetic support, and follow up to guarantee timely resolution.
  • Prepare and deliver Evidence of Insurance (EOI) requests for corporate and individual clients.
  • Greet every customer entering the office with a warm, professional demeanor that reflects arenaflex’s brand promise.
  • Collect premium payments, verify transaction details, and update account information in real time.
  • Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities during each interaction, promoting relevant financial products and ancillary services.
  • Validate and update phone numbers, mailing addresses, and email contacts to keep the customer database current.
  • Answer incoming calls on the first ring, demonstrating exceptional phone etiquette and efficiency.
  • Return all voicemail messages within a defined service level, ensuring no customer inquiry goes unanswered.
  • Stay informed about new insurance products, policy enhancements, and industry trends to provide accurate guidance.
