RN Consultant (hybrid) - HCBS assessment & service coordination

About the position The RN Consultant position at Liberty Healthcare involves providing technical assistance and training to Service Coordinators conducting assessments using the interRAI-HC tool. This hybrid role requires both fieldwork and remote work, focusing on quality reviews and performance improvement in Home and Community Based Services (HCBS).
