A Solution Architect for our CX Digital Marketing Practice is a strategic position to our customers. This role is heavily involved in architecture, solution design, and hands-on build work across marketing communication platforms, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Solution Architects are experienced consultants and are depended on by our customers for technical vision and proactive and strategic advice. Requirement: • `5+ years experience in a leading role in delivering Salesforce Marketing Cloud. • Experience with complex data structures, data modeling and databases (typical marketing data and data structures). • Experience going deep into clients' current processes to fully understand the nature of their business, while identifying how and why their business goals are critical. • Demonstrated track record in learning new technologies quickly. • Experience leading discoveries, gathering technical requirements, and executing a solution based on system best practices, platform limitations, and client’s ability to maintain. • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and interactive when online. Preferred: • Understanding of agile practices and associated tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar). • Experience with API integrations. • General understanding of key digital marketing trends. Knowledge skills and abilities • Ability to travel to client locations, up to 25% • A proactive personality, with a can-do attitude. • Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables customers to decide with confidence. • A strategic approach to solution design, with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy. • Ability to write SQL and AMPscript • Ability to effectively navigate large or complex client and project teams. • Able to consult in areas or on new technologies with which you may be unfamiliar. • Effective prioritization and time management skills. • Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced, deadline driven environment. • Commitment to accuracy, quality, and timeliness. • Strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on relationship-building. • Effective team player who is able to lead and delegate. • Excellent strategic & technical thinker. • Ability to work effectively across multiple concurrent customer engagements. • Ability to estimate the effort required to implement the proposed solution. The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 – $120,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
